What’s Cooking?

It’s become a tradition at Blind to fire up the grill and let our resident grill-master, Lawrence Wyatt, display his culinary artistry in the form of what we call “The LAW Burger”. grass fed beef blend, white cheddar & gruyere cheese, and a secret slow sauteed onion jelly, perfectly crafted on a toasted brioche bun. And if you don’t eat meat, we have a portobello mushroom that is also grilled to perfection. Either way, it’s the only way to kick off grilling season!
